What:  

One of the premier woodcarving shows in the country since 1986. A juried show with hundreds of entries, a prominent FEATURED ARTIST, vendors of all kinds (wood, tools, blanks, dust equipment, art supplies and more).   World-class judges perform demonstrations that cover everything in the carving milieu.

This show is a must for Florida residents and part time residents from other states.

2009 Featured Artists:

Bob & Josh Guge

Bob and Josh Guge will combine as Featured Artists this year. An author as well as artist, Bob has captured numerous awards including four "Best in Worlds" titles at the Ward Foundation World Championships. His carvings are included in many galleries, museums, and private collections around the country. Bob is best known for his Wildlife carvings. Josh is also an award winning artist and has captured many awards. His awards include firsts at the World Show and The International Congress, as well as numerous other shows. Josh is best known for his Marine Life subjects. Both are renowned instructors who conduct classes around the country. An impressive display of wood sculptures will be available for viewing as sale. Bob and Josh welcome the opportunity to visit with you at the show.

Art Lovers:

You will see hundreds and hundreds of beautiful sculptures and other carvings.   For a sample see the photos at the end of this message.   Show begins at 9:30 am and ends at 4:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday. Entrance fee is $7.00 for one day or $10.00 for a two-day pass.
